In accordance with the mandate made by Governor Murphy, we will be closing the doors of our restaurants until further notice.

It’s a scene that hasn’t changed in decades; local fishermen heading out to sea from a crescent of land along Channel Drive in Point Pleasant Beach yet untouched by the exploitation of over-development and modernization. One of only two working fisheries in the state of New Jersey.
The activity of our two fishing vessels, the Heather Anne and Major Expense, is dictated by the migratory patterns of the fish along the Jersey Shore; Lobster, Scallops and Clams.
Other saltwater favorites including; Oysters, Shrimp and Fluke… just to name a few, are harvested up and down the Eastern Seaboard allowing the Wharfside Restaurant to offer you the freshest seafood on the market today.
